Shipping and Returns

Shipping

  1. We offer various shipping methods:
    • UPS Courier
    • DHL Courier
    • DPD Courier
    • InPost Courier
    • InPost Paczkomaty 24
  2. For orders over 500 PLN, free shipping via InPost is available only within Poland.
  3. For international orders, shipping is provided by DPD, DHL, UPS Standard, and UPS Express Saver couriers.
  4. Export shipping outside the EU is exclusively handled by UPS Express Saver.
  5. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, all year round. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (GMT+1) are considered placed the next business day.
  6. The estimated delivery time is only indicative, and we do not guarantee delivery within this timeframe.
  7. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by the courier company.
  8. Each order is confirmed exclusively by email. If there are any doubts, orders from new customers may also be confirmed by phone or email.
  9. After payment, the customer has the right to check the contents of the package in the presence of the courier. Complaints regarding mechanical damage or quantity discrepancies will only be considered at the time of receipt, provided a complaint protocol is drawn up with the courier.

Returns

  1. You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt, as long as the goods are unused, clean, and show no signs of installation.
  2. To return a product, please notify us of your decision via email at: info@strongflex.eu. Then send the product back to:

  3. The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer. Additional transport costs, such as express shipping, are non-refundable.
  4. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the product was made to the customer's specifications.
